Hours: Full time
Contract: Permanent

Involving this charity's supporters more in delivering their mission to save nature is the driver behind the new Supporter Experience Team in the Engagement Department. Making the shift from "inform to involve" is the North Star of their supporter communications and the Supporter Publications Manager will play a vital role in bringing this work to life.

Reporting in to the Head of Supporter Communications, you'll be responsible for the planning and production of this charity's two biggest regular communications for their members and supporters - the award-winning Nature's Home magazine, sent to over 600,000 households every quarter, and their monthly Notes on Nature e-newsletter. You'll work closely with the rest of the Supporter Communications Team and on the other products in the portfolio, including a range of newsletters and the Nature's Home blog.

You'll lead the relationship with their agency partner (Immediate Media), and a team of editors, designers and advertising team there. You'll also build, nurture and grow a network of relationships with colleagues across the charity to ensure their products deliver against their communications plan, and engagement, income and supporter experience objectives. You'll ensure the needs of the supporters come first, while ensuring accuracy of content and alignment with the charity's communications plan and other priorities.

Are you a highly-motivated individual experienced in the principles and production of communications, with a passion for wildlife and conservation? Are you experienced in editing and producing magazines, other communications and content on print and digital platforms? Are you a natural networker with an eye for stories that will inspire charity supporters to save nature and see the impact they are having? If so, they look forward to hearing from you.
