We have an exciting vacancy with a leading animal charity on a permanent basis as their new Philanthropy Manager.

The key focus of the Philanthropy Manager is to manage the Philanthropy team in order to meet financial targets by taking the lead on the management of key individual relationships, working closely with senior volunteers, senior leadership, Trustees and other influencers to open up networks and introduce new supporters to Battersea.

The successful candidate will have significant experience, and will be able to demonstrate success within their previous role. They will be an inspiring relationship fundraiser, able to motivate and manage a high-performing team, leading them to achieve and excel ambitious targets. Demonstrable philanthropy fundraising experience will be essential, as will be the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
