As Power2’s new Chief Executive you will build on our current success to build an even more impactful evidence base that will prepare the organisation for further growth and long-term sustainability.  You will develop and implement Power2’s strategic plan whilst providing inspirational organisational leadership to ensure a strong focus on delivering impact for some of the country’s most vulnerable young people.

We are looking for someone with leadership experience within an organisation delivering better outcomes for children and/or young people.  Proven experience diversifying and raising funds will be critical alongside an ability to act as a strong external ambassador to help raise our profile and leverage our networks and connections.
