Involving this charity's supporters more in delivering their mission to save nature is the driver behind the new Supporter Experience Team in the Engagement Department. Making the shift from "inform to involve" is the North Star of their supporter communications and the Head of Supporter Communications will lead the transformation of this work.

Reporting to the Head of Supporter Experience, this role will lead on the strategic development of the charity's supporter communications in line with their communications plan and priorities. This includes their Nature's Home magazine, that mails to more than 600,000 households every quarter, and its online presence, the organisation's three magazines for youth members, their range of newsletters and monthly e-newsletter. The Supporter Communications Team will also steer the delivery of broader marketing communications, supporting events on and off their nature reserves and providing a joined-up approach to communications for the organisation.

You'll lead the relationship with their agency partner (Immediate Media), working with them across the portfolio to ensure their varied member and supporter base receive the products and content they crave, see the impact their support is having and be inspired to do more to save nature. You'll also be responsible for the strategic development of new products and opportunities, the advertising strategy, leveraging new income streams and maximising ROI for their supporter communications.

Are you highly-skilled and experienced in planning and delivering multi-channel communications, including magazines and email, with a passion for wildlife and conservation? Can you ensure that supporters are at the heart of everything this organisation does and receive brilliant communications and supporter experience? If so, they look forward to hearing from you.
