Marketing Manager - Financial Services organisation - Undergoing a large digital transformation
The key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager based in Cardiff:
You will be accountable for the development and production of the strategy and performance of all marketing communications related to your specific area
Delivery of the campaign / CommsComms / events and reporting on performance.
What you'll bring to the roleStrategic ownership of business critical projects with a focus on improving conversion rates and the member journey, in line with our member engagement strategies.
Development and delivery of content strategy in line with Product, Brand and Business strategies and driven by key Insights into the audience.
Development of your team to ensure production of campaign marketing communications /activationsactivations & related regulatory communications is first-class.
The successful Marketing Manager based in Cardiff will have:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to identify, create and manage compelling content and liaise with Marketing colleagues to amplify it through our channels
Able to forecast Digital Activity and report on outcomes
Solid understanding of PPCPPC/SEOSEO principles, exposure to AggregatorsAggregators/Marketplaces beneficial
Understanding of Content Management Systems, SiteCoreSiteCore preferred but not essential
Some exposure to App marketing would be beneficial
Solid understanding of UXUX/UIUI principles and digital brand execution
A relevant professional Marketing qualification is highly desirable but not essential
Previous ExperienceCommercially astute business manager with strong Marketing experience, preferably within financial services
Experience of working within a regulated industry
Strong experience of delivering campaigns / comms
commsLed or been part of a Content Marketing focused team
The successful Marketing Manager will receive:
£40,000 - £45,000
