Are you an exceptional Database Manager with demonstrable experience within the charity sector?

I am partnering with an outstanding environmental non-profit that has experienced a progressive period of growth across their donor base, especially through online and individual giving. This is a brand new, emerging role which can be fulfilled on either a full time or part time basis.

Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, you will be responsible for gift management across online and individual giving streams, and regulatory compliance including GDPR, gift aid claims, insight analysis and reporting. As the lead for development and maintenance of appropriate processes, you will actively contribute to effectively improving prospect management and donor stewardship systems and tools, specifically the team's use of the Raiser's Edge fundraising and relationship management database. You will also be supported by a Development Administration Assistant who will be assisting heavily on financial duties and reports.

You will work in an integrated and collaborative fashion and therefore enjoy your key relationships with the Strategic Partnership and Philanthropy team, as well as the Finance and Communications team.

It is essential that the Database Manager has both strategic and practical experience within a similar role but most importantly, within a charity or NGO. A background of working with both finance and fundraising departments is required, as is a sound knowledge of finance processes. Pipeline management will be fundamental to the success of this role. It is also preferred that you have a working knowledge of Raiser's Edge, however this is not an essential requirement.

We are seeking enthusiastic, driven and solutions orientated database professionals, who want to be a crucial asset in the next step in this organisation's journey.

To register your interest and find out more about this position, please upload your CV in Word format.

We believe our clients change the world for individuals, communities and society. For over 60 years Prospectus has been working across the UK and internationally to connect talented people with beyond profit organisations.
