Housing Director

Evesham, Worcestershire (travel to other sites as required)

Circa £90,000 per annum

Our client provides over 6,500 homes throughout South Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Housing Director to join them to take responsibility for the management and leadership of the Group’s Housing, Support and Employability teams.

As a key member of the Executive team, you will support the delivery of the Corporate Plan, Business Plan and company objectives and will take the lead on other strategic and operational projects when required; building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest possible standard of service to their tenants and other customers.

With substantial housing management and leadership experience, and an established track record of delivering results and continuous improvement, their ideal candidate will demonstrate motivational and inclusive leadership skills and be capable of planning, implementing and managing change effectively.
