Our client is looking for a highly motivated, people focussed and organised person who shares their vision and values to lead their established Executive Support Team.
Reporting to the Head of People and Governance and Group Company Secretary and taking responsibility for the line management of their two Corporate Services Officers, you will lead on ensuring delivery of high-quality governance services throughout the Group and will act as a key point of contact and source of support for the Executive Leadership Team and board. You will also be responsible for supporting the Company Secretary in all areas of the Company Secretarial remit and will oversee the home sales function.
In addition to ensuring continuous improvement of the Governance and Company Secretarial functions, there are a number of key projects and activities where you will lead on implementation using robust project management skills and working collaboratively with managers and teams across the business. These include delivery of the GDPR action plan, Business Continuity Strategy action plan and Governance Development Plan activities.
This will be a broad and challenging role with a significant opportunity for personal development.
