Job Details
HR Administrator
You will join our client as a HR Administrator within their Bolton regional office on a full time, Fixed term contract.
HR Administrator Responsibilities:
- New starters administration including collating references, arranging health assessments, setting up DBS checks, creating contract / appointment letters and ensuring receipt of the relevant on-boarding documentation.
- Leavers administration including issuing references and exit interviews, annual leave calculations and creating leaver confirmation documentation.
- People related administration including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, statutory leave, absence etc. for the monthly payroll, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy of data at all times.
- Supporting hiring managers with the recruitment process, managing vacancies via the EasyWeb system, advertising vacancies and arranging interviews as required.
