Our client are seeking an ambitious Individual Giving Officer with prior direct marketing experience where you will be part of a successful team seeking to optimise and create new ways to recruit committed regular givers.

About the Team

You will be part of a team which has generated over £100M from individual giving in the past 5 years.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation including Brand, Comms, Digital and Grants bringing alive their campaigns, inspiring support through compelling storytelling.

The Data Marketing team will support your thirst for insight, helping to optimise performance and net contribution.

They have incredible support from their Governance and Legal teams to make sure that what you do is compliant. It is critical they deliver the highest standards of great governance to meet public expectation.

About you

You will be a direct marketer with Individual Giving experience. You will work across digital, telephone fundraising, door to door and private site campaigns.

You’ll be confident with film production for use through social media and for training, and used to producing fundraising toolkits including scripts, leave-behinds and give-aways.

You will have an eye for detail, love unpicking what makes for a successful campaign (evaluating results, messaging, audience targeting, proposition and how to deliver the best UX) to generate satisfied and loyal supporters.

You’ll be inquisitive, challenging the status quo; hungry to support new initiatives into product testing.

Ideally you will have:

- At least one years' Individual Giving charity marketing experience, or transferable direct marketing commercial skills
- Digitally competent understanding how to set-up and monitor campaign performance
- Used to working with external agencies, managing timelines and tracking budgets
- Confident in excel, reporting on results
- Experience of CRM (ideally Sales Force)
- Understand data management and the impact is has on delivering an exceptional supporter experience.
