Salary: £40,000 – 45,000 per annum
About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse or Practitioner to work as a Nurse Educator and Skills Trainer as they grow their training department.
The purpose of the role is to deliver staff training and clinical education packages that meet the needs of our client. You will ensure all mandatory training requirements are met and exceeded and will support staff in developing their clinical skills required to provide the best possible service to their clients contributing to quality improvement.
About you:
- Registered with the NMC as an RGN.
- Have successfully completed a recognised mentorship or teaching qualification.
- A working knowledge of CQC requirements and health and safety standards in a domiciliary care setting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to give presentations.
- Have completed training in risk assessments and moving and handling.
- Be willing to demonstrate evidence of keeping up to date with health care information changes and to keep teaching material valid.
