Prospectus are delighted to be partnering with a progressive and evolving social enterprise, that partner with hundreds of care and community services, their mission is to ensure that elderly individuals across the United Kingdom live a full, fun and healthy life.
This is an entirely new role and will be based in their offices which is just 23 minutes via rail from Central London.
You will play a crucial role in driving forward the review, development and implementation of a range of systems, ensuring that all operational functions are both fit for purpose and tailored to the evolving requirements of the business. You will actively be involved in testing new systems and once set up, you will create meaningful reporting tools and tangible documentation while inspiring and training new users on how to utilise systems effectively. Through partnered working with various teams you will understand individual business functions, you will map existing processes and in turn you will explore how they can be improved or even automated. Importantly, you will monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance while ensuring that systems and processes are being utilised correctly. You will also have the support of a Salesforce Administrator and as their line manager you will oversee their work to ensure they deliver against business needs.
The Operational Change Project Lead will a technically minded and solutions focused individual who will relish the opportunity to improve the functionality of multiple areas across a business. It is fundamental that you have a track record of leading systems and process development as well as having analytical skillset for impact analysis. We are seeking someone who will be adept and confident working both strategically while also comfortable in being immersed with practical tasks, where getting your 'hands dirty' will be essential! An individual with a holistic approach and a strong ability to listen and effectively communicate with people of all levels is also highly desired.
