Financial Wellbeing Service Manager

Flexible - To be based at one of our offices in Andover, Devizes, Wells, Poole or Weymouth

£34,737 per annum plus 10% car allowance

Permanent: Full Time (37 hours per week)

 

About the role:

Our client has an exciting opportunity for the right individual to deliver and develop their financial wellbeing and into work service. Within this role you will be responsible for leading a service that promotes financial inclusion and independence to their customers, supporting them to sustain their tenancies whilst improving access to employment and training opportunities through strong relationships with DWP and other partners. You will provide advice to their customers on a range of topics such as welfare reform, universal credit and legacy benefits. 

Within this diverse role you will proactively monitor performance, leading and supporting a team to provide a high quality service. This is a challenging but rewarding position at the heart of their Landlord Strategy.

About you:

They are looking for someone with a background in customer focused financial support services with knowledge of legacy benefits and universal credit. You will have experience of working with customers in financial hardship and providing support through partnership working. Ideally you would also have experience of managing services that encourage and support people back into work.  

You will have a track record of leading successful teams, developing services and getting results. You would embrace all elements of the company which shapes their culture and the way they work. 

Confident and approachable, you will influence those around you to trust and welcome new ways of working. You will relish working with a network of teams within the business and a range of external partners.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
