Create to transform

The Roundhouse is a hub of inspiration where artists and emerging talent create extraordinary work and where young people can grow creatively as individuals. We believe in the power of creativity to change lives. By giving young people the chance to engage with the arts through our music, media and performance projects, we inspire them to reach further, dream bigger, and achieve more.

We do this because we believe creativity gives us freedom, hope and has the power to transform.

It is an exciting time to join the Roundhouse. We our focused on achieving our new principal goal; engaging with 10,000 young people per year by 2023. We are achieving this in a number of ways, from the development of new programmes for 18-30 year-olds, to the expansion of our community work. One critical element in this growth is the construction of a new building on site that will comprise studios and a Centre for Creative & Digital Entrepreneurs.

The Development Team’s contribution to achieving this vision is to grow our revenue fundraising to £4.2 million by 2023 and to complete our £10 million capital project. We are seeking a Trusts and Statutory Manager who will develop the grant funding strategy for the Roundhouse and in this role you will directly contribute to both these goals.
