Job Details

A great opportunity has arisen for a temporary Corporate Communications Officer for a membership organisation in order to work on this exciting stakeholder engagement programme.

This will be a temporary 3 months contract.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Supporting with drafting a consultation programme mapping out stakeholders accordingly
Distil the programme down to a series of accurate and engaging messages that are agreed by the communication and project leads and are applied across all materials
Liaise with the charity architects, to sources images and key details of the scheme
Organise and promote the charity public exhibition to their immediate neighbours, key stakeholders and the wider Islington community
Deliver the production and distribution of consultation marketing materials ensuring that they are signed off by the communication, marketing and project leads
Ensure there are appropriate channels for the oragnisation to receive two-way feedback on the plans

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Experienced writer with a track record of writing, editing and proof-reading copy and content for a range of target audiences for both digital platforms and print.
Proven experience of working on creative communications activities and campaigns that raise awareness of an organisation s event, service or product.
Experience of planning and delivering communications projects that meet expectations and deadlines.
Experience of delivering high quality copy displaying a strong attention to detail.
Experience of delivering effective, engaging internal communications activity and engagement.
Experience of working flexibly in a fast-paced environment in which deadlines can frequently change.
Effective time management with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales.
Experience of using evaluative tools to measure success and impact.
Enthusiastic, proactive and a flexible approach to work.
