£33,087 per annum plus Positive Future Bonus and car allowance  

Maternity Cover

37.5 hours per week

 

Our client is a dynamic and successful housing association that finds and implements innovative solutions and aims to provide the optimum level of service to their customers. 

They have a fantastic opportunity for a Tenancy Enforcement Specialist to join their team based in Long Stratton. As Tenancy Enforcement Specialist, you will provide training, support and advice to other members of staff for low-level tenancy breaches and ASB, take over management of escalating cases from the Neighbourhood Officers and carry out enforcement action as requested by Asset Management.

They’re looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual who will maintain a flexible approach to all aspects of customer care and service delivery. You will have the ability to use IT systems effectively, including MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of working in a busy customer service environment is essential. 

 

Closing date will be 6th October 2019.

Interview dates of the 16th / 17th October 2019.
