Our client is a Cambridge based educational charity working to overcome exclusion through language education and is delivering its vision through two strategic programmes, the English as an Additional Language (EAL) Programme and the Criminal Justice Programme. The Foundation has an exciting opportunity to work within a growing, dynamic team to assist and support the running of both programmes.

Position: Programme Co-ordinator
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,500 to £30,000 per annum

Our client are looking for a proactive, solution-focussed and self-motivated individual to provide project coordination across the programmes. A logical and systematic thinker, your role will involve developing, co-ordinating and maintaining effective project management systems, managing programme data collection and evaluation, supporting the administration of grants and Learning Management Systems and providing practical support for events and training courses. With excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly manner, you will act as a point of contact for enquiries about the Foundation and its work.

You will have experience working in a comparable role co-ordinating and managing projects delivered both with external partners and across a team. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to interact effectively at all levels, be flexible, can work at pace to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and able to work on your own initiative and as a central part of the team.
