Housing Support Advisor 

£19,687 - £21,875 per annum

FTC 6- 9 months, Full time

Our client is the largest independent housing association in the Borough of Broxbourne, providing over 4,600 homes across Hertfordshire and Essex.

They are currently looking for a Housing Support Advisor to be the first point of contact for their customers, ensuring an excellent service is always maintained across all customer contact. Providing an effective, efficient and welcoming responsive service by phone, email or in person, you will pick up incoming calls.

Always ensuring customers are provided with accurate, appropriate information, you will be professional, prompt and assist with issues relating to Housing Services. Further to this you will provide support to the Income, Neighbourhood & Support teams  and on occasion you will carry out administrative and clerical tasks and may provide cover on reception as required.

With good literacy, numeracy and IT skills (MS office to a basic level), you will have excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ideally you will have general administration and telephone experience, excellent customer service skills and will have worked in a customer service environment.
