Digital Product Manager / eCommerce Product Manager

Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: £43,603 inclusive of London Weighting.

About the role:

RNIB’s digital operations are undergoing a substantial review and realignment. As an essential component to delivering our organisational goals, there has never been a more exciting time to join the digital team and be at the heart of the organisations plans.

In this role the Digital Product Manager / Ecommerce Product Manager will have responsibility for the digital customer experience and manage the product development life cycle.

Responsibilities:

- Define the product roadmap to deliver sales and conversion on a multi-channel ecommerce platform
- Lead on the platform migration of the eCommerce platform
- Develop a ‘benefits led’ strategic roadmap of ongoing development
- Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- Work with both agencies and a cross functional in-house team to plan and strategise the delivery schedule against plan
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and understand priorities across the company

About you:

- Have proven digital Product Management and digital optimisation experience
- Ideally, come from an eCommerce or similar, digital consumer background
- Extensive CRM integration and eCRM management expertise
- Proven success in delivering products that drive income, customer satisfaction and improve customer service
- Be unphased by complexity and ambiguity
- Be tenacious and resilient, adept at overcoming obstacles to find solutions
- Have an excellent understanding of UX / User Experience, CRO, product roadmaps, KPO / KPI setting, performance evaluation, benefits analysis, customer research

Based in London, the post will involve some travelling to other RNIB locations throughout the UK.
