Our client is proud of the support they provide to adults with learning disabilities. They are looking for individuals who can make a real difference in supporting people with learning disabilities.
They are seeking Support Workers in their Services, their main priority is to find individuals with the right values and commitments.
You must be able to support people with Learning Disabilities who have different ways of expressing themselves.
Whilst previous experience and a Diploma in Health & Social Care would be desirable; it is not essential. As a full time employee you should be able to:
-Work a 38 hour shift system that includes weekends and sleep-in or waking night requirements
-Be physically capable of moving and handling service users who may be physically dependent
-Have a supportive attitude and be willing to help each individual maximise their lives

They can help you to develop your professional skills and knowledge and progress toward recognised qualifications. For example the Care Certificate Induction training, a Diploma in Health & Social Care (H&SC) levels 2/3 and specialised training e.g. autism, epilepsy.
Working for our client:
Full time Support Worker(38 Hrs per week)
Locations: Lewisham, Greenwich, Southwark , Croydon/Sutton (They are especially looking for Croydon/Sutton areas)
Salary: £20,846.80 per Annum
