This is an exciting time to join our client's creative and dynamic Communications and Marketing Team as a Communications Manager 

This is a busy role for a talented individual who has experience delivering campaigns, engaging new audiences and is passionate about raising awareness of the youth sector. They are looking for someone who is proactive and uses their initiative to find creative solutions and manage priorities. You will have excellent attention to detail, be super organised and a team player.

About Them:
Our client provides young people aged 8-25 with high quality services, delivered through a network of 3,536 local youth organisations across the UK. Together they offer support, advice and training to over 1.5 million young people to equip them with skills for the future and help them engage in education, volunteering and employment.

About the role:
Their Communications and Marketing team leads their national campaigns advocating for new policies and increased funding for the youth sector. They also raise awareness of the work youth organisations within their Movement by showcasing their innovative work.

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing this role will be responsible for helping to develop and deliver their communications strategy. You will lead high-profile national campaigns across social media, newspapers, broadcast, website, email and offline marketing channels. You will enable their raise awareness of the inspiring and vital role youth services play in a young person’s development, advocating on behalf of their organisation and the wider youth sector. In doing this you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from across the organisation including their outdoor learning centre, Avon Tyrrell as well as with their corporate partners including Microsoft, UPS, Coca Cola and Starbucks,

A salary of £30,000-£36,000, dependent on experience and other benefits including:
