A progressive, highly diligent and dynamic medical research charity based in the city of London are actively currently recruiting for a switched on, tenacious and pro active Individual Giving Officer.
The role will enable the successful candidate the chance to truly work very autonomously, to put their own stamp on campaigns and generate new valuable ideas for this area of the charity too. You will be working in a collaborative organisation with a professional and very flexible working environment. This role will suit a candidate who is keen to make their mark and can come in and learn this area of the organisation and make it their own. This charity also offers great benefits for their employees including a very good holiday allowance and flexible working hours with working from home options too.
Key duties for this pivotal role will include the following:
*Work closely with the Direct Marketing Manager to project manage fundraising appeals and
direct marketing activity from creative brief through to analysis, delivering on time, within
budget and to departmental KPIs.
*Work across acquisition and retention campaigns, on and offline, including but not limited
to: cash appeals, newsletters, email marketing, gaming and regular giving.
*Write and review copy, proof artwork and ensure that all internal sign off procedures are
followed.
*Draft data briefs, track and analyse results and make recommendations for future activity
based on insights.
*Manage relationships with external suppliers, for example creative teams, printers and
response handling agencies.
*Collaborate with internal teams to deliver supporting activity, for example Digital and
Marketing, Press and External Affairs.
*Work closely with Supporter Care to provide high levels of customer care to donors via
telephone, email and letter as appropriate.
The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills with a solid level of attention to detail coupled with a creative and innovative approach to dealing with issues and problem solving.
If this role is of firm interest to you and you have the necessary skill set and go getting approach then please submit your most up to date CV and contact details today to us.
