They are the UK’s independent quality body for higher education with a mission to safeguard and improve the quality of UK higher education, wherever it is delivered in the world. Our client has already started work as the designated quality body for higher education in England, and their new membership scheme was launched in July. They’re changing the way they work and are introducing new services to benefit universities and colleges in the UK and support their operation globally.

Position: Enterprise Consultant
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire (commutable from Cheltenham, Hereford, Worcester, Stroud & surrounding areas)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £35,369 to £44,523 per annum dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience

About the role:

Our client is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Enterprise Consultant, who shares their commitment to improving and promoting the UK's world-class reputation for delivering a quality higher education experience for all students.

This role within their International and Professional Services department is a sales position with a predominately international customer base responsible for securing large projects and developing relationships with partners.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week), permanent role based in our client's Gloucester office.

About you:

Our client looking for someone who has sales experience, preferably in an international and / or commercial context, and is confident managing business development activity, working on client proposals and tenders, and delivering to budget and schedule.

It's important that you can self-motivate to exceed targets as the role will have annual sales targets set and performance reviews will be directly linked to achieving the targets. You'll also need to have strong customer-facing and negotiation skills.
