We are looking to recruit a Trainee Debt Caseworker to assist in the provision of debt advice services to clients under a Money and Pensions service contract.

The successful applicant will train towards attaining the Money and Pension service Accreditation Caseworker Status

This post will offer comprehensive training and support to enable the successful candidate to achieve the required competences within 6-12 months.

Knowledge and experience of Debt and Money Advice casework would be an advantage but not essential.  Ideally you should have one-years’ experience of dealing with Debt cases in a Citizens Advice or similar advice service setting.

Advice sessions will take place by way of appointments at the main Office, outreach venues, as well as staffing a ‘late night’ session. Assist with the updating of all areas of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, etc)
