The role:

To create the strategy for analysis and development of policy and oversee all the activities that come from the strategy.

To work with public affairs colleagues, the senior management team and trustees to engage and affect the views and actions of key decision makers in Westminster & Whitehall and also in the Parliament of Ireland.

To lead a team of 4 policy staff to shape key partnerships strategically in order to improve the effectiveness of the policy work.

The candidate:

Significant experience of leading and motivating a successful policy or public affairs team.

Demonstrable experience of engaging key senior decision makers, opinion formers together with the experience developing strong and mutually beneficial partnerships

Excellent abilities to analyse policy from central government and developing policies for organisations to take forward in a political arena.
