Our client are well established residential care homes that deliver high quality services for blind and partially sighted people with different levels of need and ability.

Position: Interim Registered Manager
Location: Redhill - Philanthropic Road
Job type: Full Time, Fixed term contract until September 2020
Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: £32,162 per annum
Benefits: 26 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays), which increase with service. Excellent pension scheme

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and innovative manager to lead and develop the residential service as it responds to the changing needs of service users and the external environment. You will ensure that the homes comply with statutory regulations, governance and quality standards. The post holder will undertake the Interim Support Manager responsibilities with CQC and provide strategic leadership ensuring a process of continuous improvement.

You will need well-developed management and budgetary skills and the ability to plan, liaise and deliver a quality service in this changing environment.

About you:

You should hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 4 Registered Manager's qualification / QCF Level 5 or acceptable equivalent or have relevant management experience in a similar role.
