Employment Law Consultant
Our client is the voice of British farming, and their members are at the heart of what they do. Their Employment Service membership provides practical support and legal guidance to enable businesses to comply with employment law.
Position: Employment Law Consultant
Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire (commutable from Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Rugby, Solihull, Nuneaton & surrounding areas)
Job type: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £33,913 dependent on experience
Benefits: Company car plus 25 days annual leave (plus statutory bank holidays), National Employment Savings Trust pension scheme, a performance related pay award scheme, a range of discounts through their Benefits employee portal and subsidised staff restaurant.

About the role:
Are you a confident individual who can deliver an employment law advice and consultancy service over the telephone and face-to-face?
As an Employment Law Consultant you will advise on employment law and support businesses in reviewing / updating and drafting bespoke employment documentation such as contracts of employment, handbook policies and settlement agreements.
In addition, you will be required to support the Employment Service Manager in the membership sales process by networking and developing effective business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role is based at HQ Stoneleigh and will require regular travel within England and Wales.
About you:
You should possess a law or similar degree and have proven experience of providing an employment consultancy service to clients and experience of dealing with employment law queries.
You will need to have a good understanding and comprehensive working knowledge of legislation alongside of having the ability to address issues and problems and offer appropriate solutions.
Due to the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, we are unable to accept applications for this position from qualified solicitors.
