Job Details

TPP is currently partnering with a leading mental health charity in Oxford to recruit for a Trust Fundraising Manager. The role is permanent, paying a competitive salary and can be considered on a full-time or part-time basis. Additionally, the role can be home based with at least one day spent in the Oxford office.

The Organisation

The charity provides a range of services to people who are affected by mental health problems. Services include, talking therapy, information services, housing, peer support, benefits service and physical activity, plus much more. The charity has several service hubs across the county in which you can visit.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of trusts and foundations to generate successful income for the charity. The organisation has had a successful track record with large multi-year grants including Big Lottery, Sport England, Family Foundations and a well-known national charity. While your aim will be to continue to develop and nurture these relationships, it will also be your focus to make quick wins on smaller applications. You will work very collaboratively with other internal stakeholders, including service and support team members. You will benefit from having access to service centres so you can build sound cases for support, and reporting is delegated to the support team so you can focus your time on actual fundraising. The role does not currently have line management responsibility, however as the team grows, this could become an option in the future.

Person Specification
