Our client is an organisation that provides a range of housing and support services to vulnerable people. Their Mission is to Transform Lives by providing solutions to homelessness and enabling customers to develop their own potential. They currently have a vacancy for Regional Manager (North). The Regional Manager will be responsible for services covering a wide geographical area including Manchester, Salford, Liverpool, Middlesbrough and Doncaster, as well as covering services for other Regional Managers when required that are dispersed nationally across England.

Job type: Full Time, Permanent (Flexible working considered)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,375 to £40,750 per annum

About the role:

They have an exciting opportunity for a permanent position in the post of Regional Manager (North)

The role supports the delivery of strategic aims and business objectives of the department and ensures the effective management and operational delivery of supported housing services across the North of England in accordance with regulatory standards, good practice, legislative requirements and contractual obligations.

You will work with their Service Managers and other Regional Managers to ensure an effective service is delivered to residents at their Directly Managed Services across the North of England. You will also provide cover for other Regional Managers to oversee the management of their Directly Managed Care & Support Services across England.

About you:

You will have the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally that will support the development of services you are working with. Experience of working at a management level with alongside managing a team is essential, as is the ability to control budgets. You will be self-motivated and able to develop ideas and lead projects with minimal supervision.

A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for this role.

You may have experience of the following: Regional Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, Supported Housing, Management, Charity, Not For profit, etc.
