The role's come available due to an increase in workload and the Recruitment Administrator will help to deliver an end to end recruitment experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
The main duties include writing adverts, monitoring the responses and building relationships with candidates and line managers. You'll then send candidate interview invitations and ensure that rooms are booked, and the interview panels are confirmed. Furthermore, you'll check the right to work documents and ensure all successful candidates are eligible to start and their contracts have been sent out to them.
The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in Recruitment. You'll need to have an understanding of TalentLink and other recruitment tools. Good attention to detail and communication skills is also a must along with ability to work to deadlines.
