Our client is a small charity with big ambitions and as they expand nationally rolling out their high impact support to children and families they are expanding their central team. They have two new roles that will support them to achieve their vision to get children in school ready to learn, if you have a passion to improve children’s lives and have the skills they are looking for come and join a fantastic team!

Our client is a dynamic national charity working with children and families to maximise educational opportunities and improve life chances. They exist to ensure every child has the support they need to thrive and achieve. They partner with schools and families to look beyond the classroom to understand and tackle the issues affecting children’s learning.

They have X2 roles available at their Head Office in Stratford, London:

Role 1: Project Manager
Contract: Permanent
Annual Salary: £32,000 to £34,000

They have an exciting opportunity for a driven, organised and experienced project management expert, this new role will provide high-level project management across the organisation, assisting with projects that help them to transform children’s lives.

You will have previously worked in a demanding project management role coordinating multiple high level projects. You will be well organised and able to balance the responsibility of cross-functional project coordination and liaison with key stakeholders within and outside the organisation. You will need to have a passion and commitment to making a difference to children’s lives and will need to be tenacious, confident and have a can do attitude.

Role 2: Office Coordinator
Hours / Contract:
Full time permanent
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum according to experience

This newly created role will be ideal for experienced administrators looking for a post which offers the opportunity to support multiple teams based at our client's Head Office.  You will have the ability to work independently to provide a high quality, effective and efficient administrative service across all areas of the organisation’s work including some elements of reception cover, general office management tasks, their Welfare Fund control, and the need to carry out regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks related to HR, Governance and CEO support.

Applicants should be methodical and well organised in their approach to work tasks and have good communication skills especially over the phone and in person.  Good IT skills and enthusiasm for this role and its contribution to the organisation's Head Office teams is required alongside excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work.
