Prospectus is proud to be partnering with a global not-for-profit blood cancer charity that has become the world's largest stem cell donor centre, with over 8.6 million potential donors registered across five different countries. They are now looking for a Donor Request Coordinator to work alongside their Donor Request Management department in providing support to potential donors.


As their Donor Request Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to donors who have been identified as potential stem cell match for a patient. Your responsibilities will include evaluating their medical sustainability and eligibility, giving guidance and advice and coordinating the communication between involved parties, such as facilitating the management of donors' stem cell collections, and respond to any donor and transplant centre complaints accordingly.


To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience working in the healthcare sector. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with the ability to work in a team. Given the nature of the role, a flexible approach with the ability to adapt to new and changing situations is essential, as is being detailed and organised.Finally, you are willing to travel on occasions for training and workshops.
