Location: Stockwell
Salary: £35,020
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, Occasionally expected to start early or work late as required)

Our client work in the London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. They are the third largest provider of homelessness accommodation in London and work with people of all ages, providing housing, support and guidance to empower them towards independent living and to building a better life.
Stockwell Services consists of 35 bed spaces for young people, allocated across three buildings. These include a Care Leavers project, a Teenage Parent project, Emergency bed spaces, a Resettlement Service and a service for young families with no recourse to public funds.
As their Team Manager you will assist in providing a high quality accommodation based support service to single homeless customers with complex support needs, including young parents. Developing a ‘one team’ culture and identity across the day and night staff teams, you will lead and direct staff ensuring that they are supported to deliver the highest standards of service delivery to customers. Further to this, the ability to manage the service budget and run a contract compliant service that meets key performance indicators is vital.
As well as having experience of working in a multi-agency setting to safeguard young people, it is desirable that you have had experience working with young parents and of working closely with Children’s Social Care. With experience in housing management or in a support services operation, you’ll have experience of managing complex and difficult situations.
