Description
The successful Marketing Manager based in South Wales responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and leading a marketing executive.
- Develop and implementation of the marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Management of budgets across all divisions.
- Present marketing strategy to Managing Directors and Sales.
- Responsible for the delivery of multi-channel campaigns across all divisions.
- Work closely with the divisional managers to implement campaigns.
- Determine key market sectors for marketing campaigns. Including liaising with relevant departments such as the data team for data selection.
- Review campaign progress across all divisions, monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance.
- Ensuring all websites reflect the overall digital marketing strategy across all divisions.
- Management of external agencies including SEO and PPC.
- Management of social media strategy.
- Prioritise tasks in-line with business requirements and meet set deadlines.
Profile
The successful Marketing Manager will have:
- Strong Campaign experience - Understanding the journey and touch points needed to clients to continue services.
- Multi-channel campaigns across all divisions - Using a combination of indirect and direct communication channels - websites, retail stores, mail order catalogues, direct mail, email, mobile, etc
- Work closely with the divisional managers to implement campaigns..
- Management of external agencies including SEO and PPC.
- Management of social media strategy.
- Prioritise tasks in-line with business requirements and meet set deadlines.
