Assistant Product Manager

Our client is one of the largest international charities working to promote and deliver philanthropy and social investment, supporting growth in the charity sector, and they are currently looking to recruit a Product Manager to join their product and marketing department.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the overall purpose of this role is to coordinate the organisation's products and services across a range of customer components. This includes products for charities ranging across banking, payroll giving, and fundraising, which are all delivered through online and offline tools. The post-holder will work with the research and marketing teams to understand customer needs, track customer satisfaction and monitor performance dashboards and data analysis to drive insight. Working with external consultants and digital agencies, you will manage projects from conception to delivery using agile methodologies to leverage and test design concepts and ideas.
To be considered for this role, it is essential to have agile project management experience with experience of tracking and managing market intelligence. The placed candidate will have experience of developing customer centric propositions with the ability to use facts and insights to drive consensus, as well as writing reports and presentations. It is essential to have experience of using business analysis and Microsoft packages, particularly Excel. This role is ideally suited to someone who is results focussed and can work collaboratively within the team. Experience and knowledge of fundraising and the not-for profit sector is desirable.
