Job Details
We are working with a children's charity who are looking to recruit a Senior Supporter Insight Analyst - reporting into the Head of Performance and Supporter Insight.
You will work in collaboration with multiple teams across the organisation, to build new and maintain existing models that generate insight to drive supporter engagement.
As Senior Supporter Insight Analyst you will bring BI and quantitative modelling skills to develop data reports and models that draw upon internal and external data to enable a supporter led approach to marketing, volunteering, fundraising and campaigning. This role is central to the success of strengthening the organisations supporter insight function.
Responsibilities include
- Build and maintain a suite of Power BI reports used for decision making at all levels of the organisation.
- Building reports that generate data required for the Supporter Impact and Income monthly performance report.
- Co-ordinate insight knowledge within the organisation.
- Effectively utilise a qualitative insight research budget.
