Prospectus is excited to be working with one of the UKs leading animal welfare and public education charities to support their search for a new Legacy Development Executive. The Legacy Development Executive will work as part of a passionate and driven team to implement the legacy and in-memory marketing strategy.

This is an exciting time to be joining the organisation as they embark on a new 5 year strategy that will increase funds to significantly expand the number of animals they rehome and a step change in public engagement around animal welfare issues.

Reporting to the Legacy Engagement Manager, the Legacy Development Executive will be responsible for increasing supporter engagement through the development and implementation of excellent supporter journeys using events and offline and online channels. Responsibilities will also include nurturing and developing relationships with supporters to both grow and maintain the base of legacy pledgers, prospects and in-memory donors.

The successful candidate will have experience of successfully managing projects, as well as planning and managing events. The organisation is looking for candidates who have previous experience of developing and implementing direct marketing campaigns, working with data and using a fundraising database. In addition, the best candidate for the role will be interested in animal welfare and eager to build new relationships to support the cause.
