The Careers & Enterprise Company was established in 2015 to help link schools and colleges to employers, in order to increase employer engagement for young people. Our mission is to prepare and inspire young people for the fast-changing world of work.

This is an exciting time at The Careers & Enterprise Company. During our first three years, we have worked with Local Enterprise Partnerships to build a national network which now links 2,000 schools and colleges to employers. We have also funded 150 programmes to provide high-quality employer engagement activities to young people where they are needed most.

We are looking for a purpose-driven, strategic leader who can build and drive a contemporary marketing function for the Careers & Enterprise Company. The Company is doing vital work to help young people find their best possible futures and needs a marketing leader to help engage the hearts and minds of our key audiences and drive long term behaviour change.

This role is about developing an exceptional brand for The Careers & Enterprise Company, leading high-profile behaviour change campaigns and ensuring a human connection in everything we communicate to our stakeholder, to engage their hearts and minds.

Working within the Director of External Affairs and their team, their role will be to help develop campaigns and plans that will enable positive behaviour change, develop a strong brand presence for the Company and help develop awareness and take-up of CEC products that will strengthen and support the sector.

Our organisation has a privileged opportunity to make a difference to the lives of millions of young people, helping to inspire and prepare them for the fast-changing world of work, and we want you to help us make it happen.

To apply, please submit a CV and a covering letter (no more than 2 sides of A4). Please be aware applications with no supporting cover letter will not be considered.
