YMCA DownsLink Group is a charity that works with young people throughout Sussex and Surrey to enable them to belong, contribute and thrive by providing accommodation, counselling and wellbeing services, housing advice, mentoring and apprenticeships. 

We have a bold ambition to significantly increase fundraised income to help us to support even more young people across Sussex and Surrey. To achieve this the group has committed to growing and diversifying income streams through investment into a new fundraising team and strategy. 

As part of this fundraising development, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Trust and Foundations Manager to join the new team and take ownership of trust and foundations income and activity across the charity.

The Trusts and Foundations Manager will be responsible for prospecting, managing and growing trust and foundation income. This will include working with the wider organisation to compile a clear understanding of the diverse services and projects delivered by the charity with an aim of building innovative and creative trust and foundation applications. 

We are looking for ambitious, organised and motivated Trust and Foundation experts to apply who are ready to take on a new challenge in our exciting charity!
