Community Fundraising Manager

We are working with a social welfare charity who are growing and developing their Community fundraising strategy. They are looking for a Fundraising Manager to contribute to this strategy and work to increase income and engage the community. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to influence and have a real involvement in the direct of community fundraising in the charity. 

Duties and responsibilities:
Work with team on cause -led community fundraising, encouraging more groups, small corporates and service managers to engage with fundraising
To grow their existing portfolio of community fundraising products including coin collections, own events and third party
Work with team to encourage replication of successful events based outside London, into the city
Manage high value, substantiable supporter relationships
Ensure supporter journeys are relevant and appropriate for the audience
Skills and experience needed:
Demonstratable experience of community fundraising in a charity
The ability to build and develop strong relationships with fundraisers, volunteers and groups
Someone who is keen to influence and have an impact in the charity, comfortable working in a team and independently
Experience of developing fundraising materials and products
Outstanding written skills
