Family Engagement Worker
You will join our client as a Family Engagement Worker delivering family services in HMP East Sutton Park as part of a team, with a focus on family casework, but offering support to other aspects of the service including visitor centre services; play and children’s services; social enterprise refreshment service; booking line; complex family casework and support for family group work interventions.
Family Engagement Worker Requirements:
- Demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving offenders and / or their families.
- Experience of casework with service users, and of maintaining clear, up to date records.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in build partnerships with a range of agencies.

Please note that being bankrupt or having County Court Judgements may affect your ability to be successfully vetted to work in a prison.

Salary: £12,900 (£21,500 pro rata) per annum
