Do you have experience and expertise in the area of Education law and Special Educational Needs? Would you like to advise and support deaf children and young people to achieve better outcomes? 

Our client is looking for someone to join their Appeals and Disputes team who can hit the ground running and provide much needed support. 

You will be supporting families and deaf young people to prepare appeals to the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) First-tier Tribunal. Good drafting and advocacy skills are essential as you will be expected to gather evidence and prepare written submissions on all cases and attend SEND Tribunal hearings from time to time. You will also be required to supervise legal volunteers carrying out similar casework. 

This role requires regular travel to the other parts of the UK, as well as occasional work during unsocial hours.
