Position: Service Manager
Location: Doncaster Foyer
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week including bank holidays, evenings and weekends
Salary: £31,000 per annum
Benefits: 26 days’ annual holiday rising a day a year for the first 5 years + bank holidays, Life Assurance, Pension scheme and an Employee Health Assistance Programme. Professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.

About the role:
As Service Manager at Doncaster Foyer you will be responsible for the operational delivery and strategic development of the foyer service to 16 – 25 years olds in Doncaster.
About you:
- You will have experience of working in a homeless or supported housing service including managing staff, operational budgets and service development.
- You will have an understanding of service delivery within a psychologically informed environment.
- You will be able to work in an asset based way with residents with complex needs to ensure that a comprehensive, outcomes focused, housing related support service is provided.
- You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage change with and work in a collaborative way with key stakeholder and partners.
A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for these roles.
