Leadership & Enterprise Project Officer
Leap works with young people, giving them the skills to manage conflict in their own lives, reduce violence in their communities and help lead our society.
The role of project officer will focus on young people aged 11-25 who are involved in or at risk of gang involvement or committing offences. Leap projects utilize an assetbased approach which will build on young people’s talent and potential, supporting and empowering them to become experts in managing conflict and building positive relationships.
Leap project activity is pan London and looks to work collaboratively with local organisations and providers across London.
The person taking on this exciting post will be responsible for engaging people into Leap projects. They will need to work closely with the staff team, those working within community contexts with delivery and freelance training staff and Leap’s progressions officer.
