The Head of Advocacy & Communication is the Leadership Team member in charge of developing and delivering a Foundation-wide advocacy approach, and of establishing Advocacy partnerships with a global span across relevant practice areas. You will be the key spokesperson representing the LEGO Foundation with key stakeholders, influencers and fora’s externally and internally. This role will establish and maximise the systematic reach to parents, teachers/professionals, systems and governments with high quality advocacy and communication. 

This is a key role in the Foundation with the aim of positioning the LEGO Foundation as a global force for Learning through Play. You will be a senior global leader enforcing and driving collaboration across the Foundation in pursuit of advocacy efforts, ensuring that these are programme driven and evidence based. With a proven track of record of significant advocacy wins at international level and extensive experience working within government systems and influencing policies, you will have an excellent understanding of advocacy and communication in the field of achieving systemic change. A cross-functional team player, you thrive in a collaborative and ambitious environment. Finally, you share our passion for play and learning.
