Job Details
TPP are working with a Membership body who are looking to recruit a Executive Officer to join its Executive Office Team.
As Executive Officer you will report into the Head of Governance, and will be responsible for the effective and professional executive support to the Chair and Officers. As Executive Officer you will administer and minute key meetings, plan and organise visits overseas and in the UK, take responsibility for the elections processes, lead on the annual meeting, organise complex diaries and manage an Executive Support Assistant.
This role will suit someone who enjoys developing relationships with, and providing assistance to, high profile internal and external stakeholders.
They are looking for someone who
- Has significant experience of providing executive support to high profile stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal confidently with face to face, telephone and email queries.
- Experience of successfully servicing committees and minute taking.
- Attention to detail in drafting minutes, preparing papers and organising meetings.
