About the role
They are currently looking for an Lettings Manager to be based at their office in Chippenham.

You will be a member of the Neighbourhoods Management Team and will have overall responsibility for letting new and existing rented general needs and older persons homes, with oversight on lettings managed within other teams.

You will work closely with Property Services to ensure properties are turned around in a timely manner; as well as Development to ensure the smooth transition of new homes into the business for letting.

You will be responsible for the day to day management, review and forecasting of the Lettings teams budget; and other financial processes while ensuring that security of data is maintained, especially sensitive personal data, in line with the Information Management policy and Data Protection legislation.

About you
It is essential that you have previous experience of letting homes, preferably social housing; and have experience of working in an environment that has a diverse range of customer needs, particularly vulnerable customers.

As well as excellent customer care skills, you will be an experienced line manager, with substantial knowledge and experience of line managing teams, including performance management responsibilities, and meeting targets in a service orientated environment.

You must also have the ability to analyse and interpret complex problems and generate and find innovative solutions to these, as well as the ability to interpret and use data from business systems to manage, report and improve performance.

Travel is required between their offices of Chippenham, Gloucester and Oxford, as well as external meetings, so a car for business use and clean driving licence are essential.
