The charity's Growth & Innovation Programme is a catalyst for change and transformation in the private, public and third sectors.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for the management and operational delivery of the innovation programme. The role will be responsible for the effective management and performance of delivery, ensuring a consistent, high-quality standard for partners, and improved outcomes for participating teams and stakeholders.
You will be ensuring excellence is delivered at each key stage of the programme and be responsible for overall budget and financial management of the programme.

You will also be working closely with the Head of Programmes to develop a future strategy for the programme and helping them to develop new partnerships.

- Manage an efficient process of reporting performance and support to all legacy venture, working collaboratively with our finance team

- Manage and document key delivery performance data and support reporting for governance requirements

- Input to and implement agreed KPIs working collaboratively with the Policy Team, ensuring new insight is captured throughout delivery, to drive business and policy development work

- Ensure collaborative development and delivery of strong communications and marketing plans throughout delivery, ensuring clarity of messages that strengthen our reach and influence

- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to deliver plans and activity that raise the programme's profile and attracts applicants meeting the agreed criteria

- Provide access to content and collateral opportunities to support the promotion of our work

- Ensure smooth contractual relationships, processes and templates are in place to support sponsors, strategic market partners, third parties and participants
