We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Trust Fundraiser to join our successful team.

You will be responsible for generating income through grant making trust of all sizes, with overall responsibility for managing and developing our small trust programme.

You will manage and develop relationships with existing and regular donors, as well as developing a strategy for identifying, cultivating and soliciting gifts and grants from new trusts and foundations.

Working in a supportive team, this role presents a great opportunity to make a huge impact at this exciting time of growth.

As well as experience in trust fundraising, you will need to have excellent excel skills as well as experience using Raisers Edge or an equivalent database. If you would like to join our supportive and experienced team then we would love to hear from you.

Communication is a basic human need. Yet most of us know someone who struggles to communicate through hearing loss. It can cause substantial harm to friendships, family relationships, confidence, employability, mental health and life chances.

Action on Hearing Loss (formerly the RNID) is the UK’s largest charity for the 11 million people in the UK who confront deafness, tinnitus and hearing loss every day. Established in 1911, we help people to take control of their lives and live the life they choose, removing the barriers standing in their way. We give people support and care, develop technology and treatments, and campaign for equality.

We champion the value of difference and equality and celebrate our diverse and inclusive workforce. We actively encourage applications from eligible candidates from BAME backgrounds or who are deaf or hard of hearing. With almost 20% of our employees having a disability we proudly hold Disability Confident Leader status and guarantee an interview for disabled applicants meeting the minimum essential criteria.

Interviews: 23 September 2019
