Prospectus is excited to be working with an international poverty alleviation and volunteering charity to recruit for the newly created position of Senior Supporter Engagement Officer (Acquisition). This role is offered as a full time permanent position to be based in their Surrey head office paying up to £34,000 per annum with annual leave of 37 days (inclusive of public holidays).

You will join a team with an ambitious new acquisition strategy that will deploy £8 million over the course of seven years to grow the financial and non-financial supporter base of the charity. This will be initiated in September this year with phase one to test a range of messages across digital and print platforms before moving to phase two in January 2020 with a large amount of investment. This position sits in a team of nine as part of a fundraising function of 34 people that is growing.

Your role will be to actively manage parts of the acquisition campaigns messaging from the case studies you will help gather. Using the marketing collateral that you help build and is already available, you and the team will create compelling asks that will be deployed across mostly digital platforms and some inserts. After this you will help with analysis of the campaign and develop the learning to improve the ask moving into phase two.

They are looking for someone who has helped run a digital and/or print supporter acquisition campaign with a charity or not-for-profit organisation. You will also be passionate about international development and helping to solve poverty alleviation.
